It is a declared holiday today but I chose to have my duty since I have nothing to do at home. It’s very tiring being magnetized by idle surrounding, it seems different.
It is my first time to be a voice over in a news, I’m so glad and really flattered while hearing my voice, I am quite nervous for the result, a reason why I did not broadcast it. I’m afraid for a poor performance. But after hearing it, it was excellent; however I can’t brag it anymore.

I arrived at the office at 04:00pm; I have only 4 hours of duty.
After the program, we went to a place to celebrate Christmas; I tried to hang out with them though I am a new to them.
I am starting to be familiarized with them gradually.
I just had few hours in duty, I met my school mates in the compound it’s nice to be with them since it is boring inside the news room.
Ma’am Irene admitted that I won’t work nor learned too much in TVP, I should be in Current affairs program for more exposure to field and hands on works.
After our program, I watch the taping of showtime until 01:00am, it was fun.

We have two new interns today in the program, I don’t know their names.
So boring, I just consume most of my time in eating so I got lot of expenses today, next time I’ll bring many foods.
I met my classmate in 4-1d, Aimee; I just watched her cutting the materials for their episode in Patrol ng Pilipino. I am quite envied her for being busy.
How I wish to be transferred in other program or be pull-out for shooting.

My 2nd day in practicum, nothings different. Of course, I’m improving to familiarize many people. More days to come and I can memorize all people in the News Room and Studio.
Kevin didn’t left me alone although he was assigned in editing department.
I was absent for 3 days, they look for me, Ma'am Kelly almost forgot me. I have to choose, I have many things to do in school. I will assure to recover in next week since it's already irregular classes in the college.

Today is my first day in OJT in TV Patrol (ABS-CBN News), nothing much to do. So boring.
Kevin, the intern ahead of me taught me activities and helped me recognized people in the News Room that I will be working with, so hard to memorize them all since it is my first time to see those people. I have a poor memory in recognizing.
I fixed scripts, forward it to different people (which is hard to do, I don’t know them, they have pointed out already but I can’t remember them again and again) and rewind VO tapes, so easy things.
I’m such a naïve this day; I think I couldn’t work without Kevin since he assists me. However, I’m expecting to be independent in the next day since he will be assigned in the editing and I will be left alone just like him before.

"I'll be assigning you to TV Patrol", said Ms. Chie, my HR Supervisor.
At last, my orientation has passed after many postponement.
I am so proud to get what I want since I really want to work in news.
